List of Sub-Processors

As of the date set forth above, SigParser uses and Customer authorizes the following Sub-Processors to provide the SigParser Services described in the Agreement:

Services Sub-Processors

Amazon Web Services: contact information can be found at AWS Support   (https://aws.amazon.com/contact-us/). AWS hosts the SigParser cloud-based Services. When establishing its SigParser account, Customer may choose between the Services hosted by AWS in the United States or European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). 

Kintegra, Inc. d/b/a Clearout: 2035 Sunset Lake Road, Suite B-2, Newark, DE 19702, phone (302) 440-1582. Clearout sub-processes parsed email addresses to verify that those addresses are active. If Customer chooses to have the SigParser Services hosted by AWS Frankfurt, Clearout’s sub-processing services are also hosted by AWS Frankfurt. 

Bouncer Sp. z.o.o. (LTD): ul. Cypriana Kamila Norwida 24/1, 50-374 Wrocław, Poland, dpo@usebouncer.com. Bouncer sub-processes parsed email addresses to verify that those addresses are active. Bouncer’s sub-processing services are hosted by AWS Frankfurt.

RampedUp LLC: 2090 Dunwoody Club Drive  Ste. 106-281  Atlanta, GA 30350, contact@rampedup.io. RampedUp provides data enrichment sub-processing if Customer has enabled the contact/name enrichment feature of the SigParser Services. RampedUp’s services are hosted by AWS. 

Live Data Technologies, Inc: 15 West Figueroa Street, Floor 2, Santa Barbara, CA 93101, support@livedatatechnologies.com. Live Data provides data enrichment sub-processing if Customer has enabled the contact/name enrichment feature of the SigParser Services. Live Data’s services are hosted by AWS.

Google LLC (Google Places API): 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043. Google provides location data sub-processing for the SigParser Services. 

Support Sub-Processors

If SigParser agrees to provide Customer with certain support services (e.g., error correction), this may require SigParser to access or import Customer Data containing Personal Data. If SigParser is not granted access to such data in Customer’s environment, Customer will transfer data into SigParser-controlled instances of either Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. In this event, Google LLC (https://cloud.google.com/terms/data-processing-addendum) and/or Microsoft Corporation (https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/docs/view/Microsoft-Products-and-Services-Data-Protection-Addendum-DPA) will act as Sub-Processors for the duration of the support processing.
